The redevelopment of this building includes an extensive renovation that expands the square footage by extending the floor plates; all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and envelope system; and a full contemporary interior renovation. This 34 storey concrete tower has three levels of underground parking, and is the first of three phases of development on the site.
The future phases of the site includes two midrise residential building, both with retail and commercial uses at the podium levels, and two associated mews buildings for café and multipurpose functions. The architecture of the future phases reflect the same materiality and texture as the main tower while maintaining their own individual form of development.
