The Capital Park Mixed use Development is situated on a prominent site situated directly to the south of the Provincial Legislature in the James Bay Neighbourhood in Victoria. Approximately 23,042 square meters (248,030 SF) in area, the site is bounded by Superior Street to the north, Menzies Street to the west, and Michigan Street to the south.

The eastern boundary of the site is adjacent to the Heritage Queens Printer Building to the northeast and a lot occupied by 2 existing heritage houses fronting onto Government Street.

This mixed-use development project on Poway Road is planned to be a three-building “Trading Post” on 1.58 acres formerly known as the Poway irriagtion and Poway news cheiftain buildings.

Those living on the site will have complete walkability to shopping, transit and other amenities and for those visiting there will be 329 parking spots provided; 325 below ground and four at ground level.
