All units will have access to private outdoor spaces. The upper residential units will have balconies, with all units on levels five and six having roof decks. The ground level units will have extensive patios, an outdoor playground for toddlers and a youth-oriented space will be located at the North Eastern corner of the property. The project will achieve a minimum of LEED Gold certification.
