The project is located in Del Mar, CA. There is currently an existing house with an attached garage on the site. The client’s intention in Phase 1 is to clear the rear of the lot at the southern end of the site and submit for aconstruction permit for an ADU of approximately 987 SF.
Once approved, Phase 2 will commence with the demolition of the main house and construction of a single level, 3BR, Study, living room, dining room and kitchen area, and 2 car garage totaling 2,620 GSF, with site improvements of a pool, spa, and outdoor cooking/bar/seating area located on the east side of the property.
