Repurpose existing 9,607 SF brewpub to a 13,380 SF oasis downtown, where they can Live, Work, Play. The Industrial Zen design will work to achieve Net Zero Carbon with solar panels on the roof and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the space while preserving the integrity of the original structure.

  • The architectural style will blend existing industrial architecture and residential features with a Wabi-sabi influence.
  • The design will prioritize functionality, sustainability, and energy efficiency, making it a more comfortable and environmentally responsible living space that enhances the exposed concrete and stone.
  • Larger windows and sliding doors will increase natural light and ventilation while providing stunning views of the downtown cityscape.
  • An open plan living area will feature a basketball court, great room with high ceilings, indoor greenery and high-end natural wood and stone finishes to the Industrial Zen loft-style space.
  • The exhibition kitchen will be a focal point of the design, incorporating high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, mechanized liquor carousel, and a central island for cooking and entertaining.
  • The exterior of the dwelling will be modern and sleek, with clean lines and minimalistic landscaping.
  • outdoor rooftop deck will provide space for outdoor entertaining and relaxation.
