The elongated, “keyhole”-shaped site offers a distinctive opportunity for a dynamic choreography of space and perspectives. In response to this unique layout, the design begins at the street with an exterior entry walkway, featuring a linear trellis that guides visitors forward. One side of the path is framed by connected sleeping areas, while the opposite side is bordered by a privacy wall. This walkway leads seamlessly to the main entrance, which, in turn, opens to a passage through the house that reveals expansive views of the canyon beyond.
