Point Loma High School is located on a small, fully-developed, and sloping site, surrounded by housing in the Loma Portal neighborhood of San Diego.

The assignment includes renovations of the 200 and 300 buildings, demolition and new construction of the 800 building, modification of the Clove Street parking lot, providing security enclosure improvements, providing ADA accessibility improvements, and related site improvements at Point Loma High School as part of the first phase of the Whole Site Modernization project first outlined in the Master Plan.
