This design build project with improvements is the first phase of the campus master plan, including a 717-car parking garage, a new cooling tower, a new loop road with underground utilities, infrastructure for a redundant power supply to the campus, healing gardens, signage, and campus entry improvements.
The parking structure will be constructed at the center of the medical complex and incorporate the new loop road with an enhanced entryway at Medical Center Court, adjacent to the hospital on the north side of the campus.
The loop road then continues around the new parking garage reconnecting with Medical Center Court to the south, improving overall circulation within the campus.
The roof deck of the parking structure will be about 67 feet tall. The highest point of the structure will be 102 feet with a combination elevator tower and architectural feature making up the additional 35 feet above the roof level.
