Architectural services for this water treatment plant include 5 buildings of CMU construction with standing seam metal roofs:

• Blower/Electrical Building which includes 7 turbo blowers as well as the main electrical service for the facility and 2,187 SF
• Solids Handling Building includes two gravity belt thickeners, two centrifuges as well as a secondary electrical room and 3,920 SF
• Control building that includes a SCADA Control Room, Laboratory, offices and locker/shower rooms. This building is LEED Gold certified and 3,025 SF
• Headworks Building which at 37 feet tall includes two influent drum screens and two grit classifiers along with aerated grit channels – This building is a cast in place concrete structure with a standing seam metal roof and 745 SF
• Warehouse Building including one-ton bridge crane and storage mezzanine, welding areas, compressed air system etc. and 2,590 SF
