Our teams’ conceptual drawings and site plan show the project being built in six phases and will extend beyond the perimeter of the 48 acres currently. Housing is at the heart of the plan.

There will be 2,406 housing units. There will be affordable housing unity that are reserved for families making 30-80 percent of the area’s median income. The middle-income units are reserved for households earning 80-120 percent of the area’s median income.
