This 5-story, 500 car parking structure is located in the arts district of North Park, just minutes from downtown San Diego. After several neighborhood meetings a design was chosen that has several artistic murals and banners on the facade which can be changed throughout the year.
The upper level includes parking with a garden terrace surrounding the upper floor. The lower level incorporates several retail spaces, artist studios, and two elevator banks. The structure was constructed to support the newly renovated 1920’s North Park Theatre.
