One Park Boulevard will be the Anchor of the southern edge of downtown San Diego, by the newly completed Major League Baseball stadium and virtually at the edge of San Diego Bay, “Living on Park Boulevard” embraces the character of urban living and celebrates it as a lifestyle event.

The edgy, iconic building architecture establishes “address” and will instantly become the reference marker for the southern half of the city - giving residents pride of neighborhood. Dynamic planning establishes and maintains an active street level while offering residents a park-like site amenity package unrivaled in the city. Protected panoramic views of the bay, the city, and inland are maximized by a “living edge” approach to home designs.

The anchor tower is a 40-story condominium tower, over 4 stories of mixed uses. It’s sister tower is 17 stories of condominiums over a 4-story mixed use base.

All parking is underground to allow for active uses to be included in the park like south facing site that gently terraces up to connect to deck level uses and activities on the podium.
