Additionally, the Ballpark District, located along the edge of San Diego’s famed Gaslamp Quarter, is a high-energy urban experience that provides residents and visitors access to the largest collection of restaurants and clubs in San Diego County.

The Park & Market Site is located just a few blocks away at the gateway to a new urban scene unfolding in Upper East Village. By contrast, this area features many new arts and education venues along with new urban parks and open spaces. The proposed IDEA District, to the north of this area, promises to add young creatives as well as families, to the mix of Downtown residents in an exciting and highly-creative live, work, play environment.
