This mixed-use development project on Poway Road is planned to be three-buildings on 1.58 acres formerly known as the Poway irriagtion and Poway news cheiftain buildings.

Those living on the site will have complete walkability to shopping, transit and other amenities and for those visiting there will be 329 parking spots provided; 325 below ground and four at ground level.

  • Building One will be 2-stories and 30 feet tall. On the first floor will be a 11,451 SF food hall; 6,345 SF of commercial office space. The second floor will hold a 5,000 SF patio.

  • Building Two will be 3-story residential building, 30 feet tall with 4 three-bedroom live-work units and 2 three bedroom townhomes.

  • Building Three will be a 38 foot tall building, 3-stories and will house a 20,225 SF fitness center; 33 two-bedroom apartments; 10 one-bedroom apartments and 4 onebedroom/ loft units.
