As the winner of a design and development competition, AVRP Skyport Studios designed a new urban mixed-use development that provided for multimodal uses of the trolley and busses. The two buildings are divided in half by the re-alignment of the San Diego Trolley. The 112,000 SF of office space was created for governmental use expansion and rental space for office users.

The project includes ground floor retail, restaurants, lobby and 19-story, 297,255 s.f. residential tower. The 254,920 s.f. underground parking structure accommodates three different users; public, residential and governmental office users.

This project is certified LEED™ Silver.
