Centerpoint Plaza is one of the first new Class A office buildings in Carlsbad. Located in the Carlsbad Research Center, Centerpoint Plaza will be built at the intersection of Faraday Avenue and Priestly Drive in Coastal North County’s premier business park. Centerpoint Plaza provides 97,500 square feet and features three stories of Class A lease space.

The design is elegant and modern. A metal-clad canopy and column mark the entry into the plaza and serve as a landmark for the building. Two stone and glass pavilions are separated by a nearly transparent two-story lobby.

The building provides approximately 32,000 square foot floor plates for commercial and professional office suites. Executive parking for 90 vehicles will be provided in a secured underground parking level featuring direct stair and elevator access to the lobby and floors above. Other amenities include a two-story lobby featuring banded granite floors and an aluminum, wood and glass monumental stair. The lobby walls will be lined with metal-framed panels of aniegre, a sustainable exotic hardwood.
