This 68,000 square foot full service tenant improvement project had a very limited budget and tight construction time frame. Consisting of 44,000 square feet office space and 24,000 square feet of warehouse, creative planning and diligence in finding cost effective solutions resulted in a space that presents itself as costing more than was actually spent.
The client also wanted to create a forward-thinking, collaborative workplace that paralleled where the culture of the company was heading.
The project included: office tenant improvement with high end finishes throughout to become the new office of Competitor Group including new Conference Rooms, Kitchens, Private Offices, Meeting Alcove’s, Open Collaboration, Server Room, AV Studio, Reception, Copy/Print Stations and Phone Booths.
