AVRP Studios designed the space to improve approximately 13,000 SF of interior space located at Kettner & Ash Street. This tenant improvement is intended for general office space. AVRPS worked with the client to design new office space using the entirety of the 7th floor. Project will include entry, offices, conference rooms, breakout spaces, kitchen / break room.
Given the abundant light and views in the space, the concept is to tie in The Conrad Prebys Foundation branding colors and integrate nature and the local climatic zone of San Diego County. The regions include the coastal zone, the canyons, the desert, and the mountains. Using the branding colors and tying in nature along with colors of those climatic zones, they give us inspiration for colors, geometry, and texture in the space.
