Jakarta Office Tower

LOCATION:
Jakarta, Indonesia

SIZE:
520,000 SF

SERVICES PROVIDED:
Full Architectural Service

Located on a prominent corner in Jakarta this 29- story office tower is composed of 520,000 SF. The client intends to lease the lower half of the building, and sell the upper half. At the middle of the project - where the two ‘districts’ meet, a public sky garden has been created. This level features restaurants, a gallery and destination retail.

At night, the guardrail at the sky garden becomes a dramatic, backlit ‘sign’ for the project and will be seen from miles away within the bustling city.

Built to serve an increasingly important technology market, the building’s design theme will focus on the physical nature of computer-inspired components. This theme will affect the design of the curtain wall, canopies and interior design of public areas - also in AVRP Skyport Studios’ scope.

Green building elements will include water- efficient landscaping, water use reduction, recycled materials, natural ventilation, low-emitting materials and building sunshades on the east and west facades.
