Comprised of approximately 150,000 square feet, AVRP Skyport Studios collaborated with Mitchell International to develop a significant cultural and paradigm shift in workflow, business processes, image and generational consolidation of their new headquarters facility.
The project consisted of the design and construction of two-levels of corporate tenant improvements. The build-out of the warm shell included a board room, conference rooms, training center, computer labs, servery and employee dining room.
One of the key elements of the project was to include a Server Room, NOC and Call Center with 24/7 HVAC with back-up generator requirements. The server room was also equipped with a gas fire suppression system.
