AVRP Skyport Studios collaborated with Petco to design the Petco’s Regional office in San Antonio, TX. The tenant improvement was approximately a 93,854 s.f. office space.
Project included: new lobby with multifunction space for training, board room, small interview rooms and two large salt water fish tanks, two entrance hubs at the east and west of the building with bathrooms coffee bar and lounge seating, one central hub with kitchen, multi-function space and game room and outdoor dog park, executive offices, open collaboration spaces, open office systems, indoor dog run and work out facility.
The space was functionally complex as Petco’s desire was to create a collaborative open environment with large conference functions in a narrow “L” shaped building and still maintain a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
The project was completed on a fast track schedule serviced included programming, space planning, interior design, and construction administration.
